By booking or using any services provided by Meet & Greet Dhaka ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Meet & Greet Dhaka provides premium airport concierge services at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our services include but are not limited to:
3.1 All bookings must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service time. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for Gold and Platinum packages.
3.2 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or email.
3.3 Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and US Dollars (USD). The applicable price is determined at the time of booking.
3.4 Payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made with the Company.
4.1 Full refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
4.2 50% charge: Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the scheduled service.
4.3 No refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service, or no-shows.
4.4 If we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.
5.1 Clients must provide accurate flight information, including flight number, arrival/departure time, and airline name, at least 6 hours before the service.
5.2 Clients must ensure their contact number is reachable on the day of service.
5.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, visas (where applicable), and comply with all immigration requirements.
5.4 Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the client will be borne by the client.
6.1 Meet & Greet Dhaka shall not be liable for delays caused by flight schedule changes, immigration processing times, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
6.2 Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6.3 We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during our service, except where caused by negligence of our staff.
6.4 Visa approval decisions are solely made by the Bangladesh Immigration Authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval even with our Platinum visa support service.
7.1 Children under 2 years of age travel free when accompanied by a paying adult on any package.
7.2 Children between 2 and 12 years of age are eligible for a 50% discount on all package prices.
7.3 Children above 12 years are charged at the full adult rate.
8.1 Our staff are trained to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
8.2 Any abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
We respect the privacy of all clients. Our staff will not photograph clients or share client information with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
